Premium Care is a service commitment, not an unlimited warranty. Replacement and cloud-cost coverage are still being defined — TBD.
Core automations can run locally without cloud dependency. Voice control setup may be a one-time integration, but reliable premium Voice, Cloud and AI operation can create recurring costs for Home Assistant Cloud, assistant services, AI or LLM usage, hosting, maintenance and support. These services may be included in Premium Care when justified and explicitly quoted. Included services, fair-use limits, third-party costs and any standalone add-on price remain to be approved.
